Meanwhile, I suffered from frequent colds and ear and throat infections, and doctors recommended tonsillectomy. Trusting in God, I declined surgery—and later realized how wise that decision was.

A few years ago, I discovered Iranian–Islamic medicine and found many answers. Gradually, I realized our lifestyle and especially our diet had strayed far from the grand teachings of Iranian medicine and the complete guidance of Islam. I decided to make radical changes in my diet—a journey filled with challenges, a lack of healthy alternatives, family resistance, and even ridicule from friends. But with determination and successful personal experience, I launched this “nutrition revolution.” Soon, family members and acquaintances joined me after witnessing tangible benefits.
